Hayes brings to HHP a strong background in healthcare startups, combining his medical knowledge with entrepreneurial drive. He’s also spent time as a freefall instructor in Texas—proof of his adventurous spirit and passion for precision.
Now based in North Carolina, Hayes lives with his wife, Kendall, and their two dogs, Mae and Aspen. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him out on the golf course or cruising around Charlotte in his pride and joy: a fully restored 1972 Toyota FJ40.
