DIRECTOR – PROGRAM OPERATIONS

Julie McEvoy

Julie McEvoy is an Army veteran and Industrial Engineer who has a passion for serving the underserved populations. Following a deployment to Afghanistan in 2012 as a Brigade Engineer, she left the military to follow her active duty partner and raise a family of two children and two dogs.

Before joining the HHP Team in 2023, she supported data analysis and leadership of the Veteran Health Administration’s Manpower Division. This ultimately led to her desire to work in the non-profit space, supporting a company that makes change.

Julie is the Director of Program Operations at HHP. She oversees the veteran experience- from application to alumni, leads four operations teams, and runs operations for the HHP Training Program. Her passions are efficiency and care.
