Allison Wilson

Director of Family Relations

Allison Wilson is the founder of The Hope Project, a non-profit that connects military spouses, female veterans and Gold Star wives with counseling, support and community around psychedelic healing journeys. She most recently merged with Heroic Hearts Project and is now the Director of Family Relations while still running The Hope Project under HHP.

The Hope Project was birthed after Allison’s personal journey of healing with psychedelics due to years of secondary PTSD, post-partum depression and navigating life as a Navy SEAL wife for 16 years. Hope is what Allison received and she has made it her mission to support military spouses and women in this space.

Allison has a background in supporting the start of SEAL Future Foundation with event management, donor development and building the education programs. Allison is a preparation and integration coach for psychedelic journeys and has been accepted into Naropa’s Intensive Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Program that includes the MAPS MDMA Training Program. Allison lives in Colorado with her husband and 5 children on a small farm and enjoys the outdoors and exploring the mountains with her family.
