She is a mental health and psychedelic therapy advocate for veterans. She attended her first ayahuasca retreat in 2018 and credits this powerful plant medicine for healing past traumas.
Juliana Mercer
Executive Director - Healing Breakthrough
As Executive Director of Healing Breakthrough, Juliana leads federal advocacy efforts to advance research and policy, prepare the VA workforce and healthcare system, and create responsible pathways for psychedelic-assisted therapies to reach veterans living with PTSD and other complex mental health conditions.
